As a family owned growing NDIS provider we ensure that our clients are the core of our focus and support.

We are looking at growing our business, we are seeking to expand and are looking for a new business developer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to build relationships with business partners, Support Coordinators, NDIS LACs and Community to generate new business. They will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute

This role will work from home and flexible in working hours to suit your work life balance. You may be required to attend meetings, conduct site visits etc.

Key functions being:

· Work on expanding the business as a whole and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

· Obtaining new clients within the sector

· Taking a holistic view by working effectively with hospitals/ support co-ordinates to support participants.

· Point of contact for enquiries related to Respite, SIL & SDA packages and housing arrangements

About you

You will:

· be proactive, resilient, adaptable, and able to work autonomously

· Proven experience in NDIS business development

· have a high level of both verbal and written communication skills

· Negotiation skills and ability to influence

· have great negotiating skills

· enjoy working collaboratively

You will need:

· A valid Driver's license and comprehensively insured motor vehicle

· Full Australian working rights

· Valid NDIS worker screening check

· Relevant states working with children's check
