- Promote a proactive safety culture—not just enforce rules.
- Maintain strong Microsoft Office competency for reporting and communication.
- Travel to operational sites as required.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma in WHS (minimum requirement).
- ICAM certification – essential.
- On-water tickets – Coxswains NC1 or NC2 desirable.

- Passion for coaching and empowering teams.
Who You Are
- A seasoned safety professional with strong compliance experience.
- A natural communicator who can engage and educate.
- Someone who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly.
- A culture champion who leads with empathy and purpose.
- Willing and able to travel to support teams across multiple locations.
Why Join Us?
You'll be part of a team that values safety as a shared responsibility. We're committed to creating environments where people feel supported, informed, and empowered to make safe choices. If you're ready to make a real impact, not just tick boxes, this is the role for you.
What's in it for you?
- Ongoing career development opportunities
- A paid day off for your birthday
- Heavily discounted seafood
- Access to Maxxia Salary Packaging, Novated Leasing & Rewards programme
- Workplace health and wellbeing support for you and your family
