C2C Mine Maintenance needs a Reception Weapon

Think you can juggle a ringing phone, a walk-in client, and a mechanic asking for "that thing for the thing" — all at the same time? If yes, you might just be our person.

We're after someone to run the front desk and keep our office in line. You'll be the voice on the phone, the smile at the door, and the legend who keeps the paperwork in check.

What the job looks like:

  • Greeting clients and answering calls (bonus points if you can remember names)
  • Scheduling jobs and helping the crew stay on track
  • Admin stuff: emails, filing, spreadsheets – you know the drill
  • Being the calm in the storm when things get busy (or at least pretending to be)

What we're looking for:

  • Friendly, organised, and quick on your feet
  • Able to laugh off a printer jam or a tradie's 5th "urgent" question of the morning
  • Handy with computers – Office, email, spreadsheets, invoicing
  • Basically, someone who can keep our chaos looking like order
