Join Our Team as our Business Manager at Curtis Coast Automotive.

Curtis Coast Automotive is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our Finance & Insurance department. You'll will use your experience in the finance industry to work closely with our customers providing them with tailored finance and insurance solutions while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products suited to each customer's needs
  • Maintain full compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver quality after-sales support
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth purchasing and delivery processes
  • Prepare and analyse financial performance reports for the General Sales Manager
  • Stay current with lender, manufacturer, and regulatory training and accreditations

What We're Looking For.

  • Experience in automotive finance, banking, or insurance brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong compliance focus
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools
