We have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join us in our Insurance team in Perth working with Rani Aria Retnam and Sue Wilkinson.
About the team and the work
- You will support a dynamic team of lawyers who work across both Western Australian and Commonwealth jurisdictions with self-insurers on statutory issues, managing claims and common law matters, as well as supporting major litigation proceedings.
- You will work collaboratively in a team environment with additional administrative team members, using robust processes and excellent software systems.
- Your duties will include client billing and reporting, file management, assisting with client updates on legal developments, coordinating meetings and diaries, and other varied administrative tasks.
- This is a permanent, full-time role working 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday with some flexibility.

About you
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal assistant or secretary, ideally with some exposure to supporting a litigated practice.
- To be successful in this role you must be organised, diligent and have good communication skills and able to multi-task under pressure.
