The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic Legal Assistant to support a busy and high-performing projects team. You will receive a competitive remuneration package of up to $100,000, depending on experience.

You'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with experienced lawyers. Key responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing matters, conducting conflict checks
  • Preparing and filing court documents (electronically and hard copy), drafting correspondence
  • Time entry, processing third-party invoices, monthly billing and reporting
  • Preparing letters, contracts and legal documents
  • General administrative and document management duties
