Legal Secretary – Full Time 

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a boutique law firm based in Perth. The practice is well-established and works across a range of matters including Family and Criminal Law.  

This is a full-time, office-based role with no work-from-home arrangements. The successful candidate will be supporting two Directors and a Restricted Practitioner, working closely with a small and friendly team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Reception duties
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and Court dates on behalf of senior lawyers
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes, ensuring all correspondence is actioned promptly
  • Prepare, format, and file legal documentation, both electronically and in hard copy
  • Assist with the organisation of Court materials, briefs, and disclosure

About You 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate: 

  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary
  • Must have a recent National Police Clearnce and full working rights in Australia
