About the Roles

Chefs (All Levels)

You'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes during busy services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prep and service across your section
  • Maintain high food quality, presentation and speed
  • Follow recipes, portion control and food safety standards
  • Help with stock rotation, ordering and general kitchen organisation
  • Support the team with cleaning and closing duties

Kitchen Hands / Kitchen Attendants

You'll be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping everything clean, tidy and ready for service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dishwashing – plates, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans
  • Keeping benches, sinks and dish areas clean and sanitised
  • Restocking clean equipment, crockery and utensils for chefs and FOH
  • Assisting with basic food prep (if trained)
  • Rubbish removal, floors and end-of-shift cleaning

What We're Looking For

  • Chefs: previous experience in a restaurant/café/bar kitchen
  • Kitchen Hands: experience preferred but not essential for the right attitude
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual and comfortable with nights & weekends
  • High standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation
  • Team players who are happy to jump in wherever needed
