We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy Japanese restaurant located in Gasworks Plaza, Newstead. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and making great food, we'd love to hear from you

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting kitchen with food preparation (portioning, stocking).
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised (dishes, benches, equipment).
  • Running food during busy periods when required.
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and Motto Motto standards.
  • Working efficiently during peak times.

What we're looking for

  • No experience required — training provided.
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work mornings or nights & weekends when needed.
  • Works well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Long-term commitment preferred.
