Our products are used in road and railway construction, mining and resources projects, landfill, sports recreation and coastal engineering applications

We are on the hunt for a customer service representative to join our team in Moorebank

A normal day in your new role…

  • Answer customer calls – help with any questions they have; process orders and provide updates on existing orders.
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure that we are meeting our customers requirements
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Prepare quotes
  • Work with a high volume email system
  • Experience dealing with high call volumes
  • Onsite 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday only
