Blacktown, New South Wales, Australia 24-7 Fitness Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Club Manager to step into a key role at 24-7 Fitness Blacktown. This is a 4 day/week role for a 6-month Maternity leave cover (with possibility to extend)

If you're enthusiastic about health and fitness, confident in sales and customer engagement, and ready to take charge in a dynamic environment — we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're after someone who's driven, organised, and passionate about people. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A good grasp of marketing and community engagement
  • Confidence using social media to connect with audiences
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry is highly regarded
  • Cert III/IV in Fitness (desirable but not essential)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
