WHO YOU ARE & What We're Looking For:

We're on the hunt for a driven and outgoing leader who is:

  • A true-blue people-person, an energy oozing - vibe creator and natural-born leader
  • You get sales - not in a pushy way, in a genuine and sincere..."I believe in this and so will you" kinda way.
  • You have direct Fitness Club experience, and ideally at least 2+ years with Anytime Fitness or a similar membership-based fitness brand
  • You care deeply about your people, your team and your members, fostering a welcoming culture and providing exceptional member service.
  • You've got high standards, great communication skills, and a low tolerance for mediocrity
  • Fitness isn't just your job - it's part of your DNA

Bonus points if you're a spreadsheet whisperer and an Instagram stories ninja.


YOUR MISSION (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • Lead the Squad – Coach, support and hype up a passionate team of trainers & staff
  • Build the Fam – Drive memberships and retention through genuine and honest connections, smart marketing, and creative outreach
  • Run the Show – Own club operations like a boss: sales targets, budgets, branding, marketing strategies and community vibes – you've got this.
  • Be the Heartbeat – Make our Blacktown club feel like home for all our members.
