The position

The role of IBDP Coordinator requires an inspirational, highly motivated, and experienced leader whose vision, commitment, and enthusiasm for teaching and learning will help shape a strong intellectual, physical, social, and emotional foundation for students in the IB Diploma Programme.

As a key member of the Curriculum Team, the IBDP Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the evaluation, management, and implementation of all IB Diploma curriculum and teaching programs across the School.

Our staff share a passion for excellence in teaching and have a record of fostering outstanding student achievement. Collaboration and a commitment to professional learning are highly valued.

Expertise in the IB Diploma Programme, appropriate academic qualifications and teacher training, as well as a sound understanding of current educational trends are required.

All teaching staff members are expected to take part in the whole life of the School including participation in pastoral care and involvement in co-curricular School activities.
