The opportunity.

This position directly supports our purpose and ensures our members can count on us by providing home loan expertise to members – both in the writing of new home loans and retaining existing home loan members.

What You'll Do.

As a key member of our Lending Distribution team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional member experiences across phone, digital, and outbound channels.
  • Retain existing home loan members through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
  • Lead retention campaigns and contact members with expiring fixed-rate loans.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
  • Promote Defence Bank within the Defence community and beyond.

About you.

What You'll Bring.

  • 2+ years' experience in member relationship management, ideally in a contact centre.
  • Experience in financial services and home loan retention (preferred).
  • Strong working credit knowledge and ability to meet performance goals.
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
