Novated Relationship Manager

Location – Macquarie Park, Sydney or Melbourne

Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, marine and motorcycle brands. Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.

We are seeking a Novated Relationship Manager to assist in the establishment and growth of the Automotive Leasing brand within the salary packaging industry. In the first 12 months, you will be focused on assisting with the successful onboarding of new salary packaging partners and supporting their application and settlement process as we grow the business.

Once processes are aligned, the focus will turn to increasing our share of wallet with both new and existing partners, while meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Head of Leasing to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong, positive commercial relationships within the market and Allied Credit.

What you will be doing


• Developing and maintaining deep relationships with salary packaging stakeholders, assisting with their onboarding.


• Achieving new business growth and exceeding quarterly sales targets by effectively selling the Allied Credit value proposition.


• Maintaining regular contact with salary packagers and their sales consultants, delivering assistance and training on Allied Credit's product, credit policy, systems and processes.


• Assisting the Leasing team in developing new sales strategies to increase our share of wallet with our introducers, while monitoring the industry to identify opportunities for growth.


• Implementing training and education to ensure Sales Consultants are proficient in using the Allied Credit systems and product to ensure high quality submissions.


• Collaborating with the OEMs, introducers and the Dealer Distribution team on Novated products and initiatives.


• Listening to market feedback on credit policy and process, and monitoring sales results to identify trends, keeping the Head of Leasing informed.


• Conducting quarterly review sessions with salary packaging partners to provide feedback on relevant data.


• Attend industry events where required (training sessions, social events, trade shows etc).


• Collaborating with relevant internal departments (Credit, Settlements, Compliance, Customer Care) to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for Allied Credit and our introducers.


• Working closely with relevant Risk and Compliance teams to ensure Compliance Oversight, Due Diligence and Monitoring and Auditing frameworks are in place and adhered to.


• Identifying potential improvements to streamline and optimise business processes to ensure highest possible submission quality and lowest possible pend rates.

Your background


• Proven track record of successful B2B business and partnership development in the financial services industry with a foundation knowledge of Novated Leasing.


• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyse competitor activities and make data-driven decisions.


• Proven ability to initiate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong time management and the ability to effectively implement a visitation schedule.


• Ability to run compelling presentations and productive face to face meetings.


• Proficiency using CRM systems, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Self-motivated, results-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Willingness to travel inter-state, potentially a few times a month.
