We are looking for our next recruiting Superstar We are after a self starter thats driven and has a self-motivated personality.

This is a Full Time role, Monday to Friday.

The role requires the following tasks to be undertaken-

  • End-to-end Recruiting to order (Perm and Temp)
  • Managing and providing feedback to candidates/employees.
  • Business Development -Managing customer relationships, visiting our clients throughout the region(within 1.5 hours drive maximum) and /or cold calling.
  • Taking incoming calls and bookings, and allocating staff
  • Learning to operate the company's Booking System and client booking systems

To be considered for this role the successful applicant will possess the following-

  • Ideally, Experience in end-to-end Recruitment
  • Ideally, experience in using FastTrack 360 or Jobadder
  • Be based within 30 mins of our Bendigo office, looking for a long-term position.
  • Comfortable with data entry using CRM systems, Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to touch-type is preferred.
  • Ability to recruit (end to end), resource, interview, referee check, on-board and coordinate casual personnel.
  • Impeccable references and a stable employment history
  • Good telephone communication skills, competent email and written communication skills
  • Ensuring company procedures and standards are followed and communicated to casual personnel.
  • The ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively
  • Capacity to manage frustration where staff or clients change plans at the last minute
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Full Driver's License and Own a Vehicle
  • Genuine passion for delivering great service
  • A successful background in Real Estate Sales would also be considered
