North Lakes QLD, Australia Auto & General Insurance Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

The role

We currently have two great opportunities available for Home Assessors. One is based in Kenmore and the other in Ipswich. These roles offer the chance to work locally while being part of a supportive and experienced team.

To be considered, you'll need to be based in or near these locations, as the positions involve work across the surrounding areas.

The role of a Home Assessor is to assess and report on damages, discuss and agree upon best repair methods in conjunction with our panel of home repairers and our internal claims team, while ensuring our customer service levels are of the highest standards.

To help you achieve your potential, you will be supported with ongoing training, a mobile phone, a fully maintained vehicle, and a tablet/laptop.

Our Home Assessors are the face of our claims team. They are often the first person on site following a home insurance claim. This provides us a unique opportunity to assist our customers in their time of need.

This is a unique opportunity to join our passionate team of Home Assessors within Australia's fastest growing insurance company.
