Reporting into the FC of this global business, this interim role is responsible for managing the end to end payroll for the company across ANZ. You will also be required to drive the final stages of Payroll System implementation prior to go live in December.
In a standalone capacity while liaising with an offshore team, you'll drive & oversee payroll processing, reporting, admin, compliance, legislation, payroll accounting and PAYG for circa 1000 employees.
You will also respond to any payroll related queries and be involved in ad hoc projects and process improvement from time to time.
In addition you will be responsible for finalising the new Payroll System implementation project that has been running. You will be required to run parallel testing, drive user acceptance testing and develop clear documententation and training for staff.
You're an experienced payroll professional, with a stable work history, full function Australian payroll experience (4+ years) and excellent communication skills.
Finally you'll have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethic and preferably experience working in a multi-site sector such as retail or hospitality.
