For over 50 years, Atlas Building (WA) has delivered some of the state's most iconic, award-winning projects. With a strong pipeline ahead, we are growing our operations and looking for a hands-on Yard Manager to manage our formwork/structures yard.

About You

We are looking for someone who's organised, safety-focused and confident leading a team. You have done this before in construction, formwork or a similar environment and you know how to keep things moving under pressure.

About the Opportunity

Currently based across multiple yards in Balcatta, with the potential to spread operations across north and south of the river, as the Yard Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our yard operations leading a small team, managing assets and inventory, and making sure everything gets where it needs to go, safely and on time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the operations in the yard, ensuring the site is maintained and operating within the required safety regulations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organised yard at all times.
  • Plan and coordinate yard and asset workflow to meet project requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Manage inventory levels of construction materials and equipment, coordinating procurement and timely delivery to project sites.
  • Ensure all assets meet relevant safety and compliance standards and regulations.
