We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Perth in Contact Centre technology projects.

Job Description:

Start: ASAP

Location: Perth

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (building, configuring, and deploying copilots for enterprise use cases).
• 10+ years of overall Project Management experience, including 4–5 years in Contact Centre projects.
• Strong understanding of Contact Centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or similar.
• Experience in telephony systems, IVR, workforce management, and customer experience solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to manage hybrid delivery models.
• Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including working with senior executives.

• Experience with cloud-based Contact Centre solutions (e.g., AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud).
• Exposure to AI/Chatbot/Conversational AI integrations in Contact Centre environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in customer service operations.
