WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll develop data-driven media plans, manage budgets, analyse performance metrics, and collaborate closely with creative and account teams to deliver campaigns that drive measurable growth. You'll stay ahead of platform trends, test new approaches, and ensure best-practice execution that aligns with client objectives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys taking ownership of outcomes.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

  • Previous experience in managing Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms and their abilities
  • Reporting & Analysis experience
  • Strong client management experience
