Export Operations Assistant and or Trainee

Link Logistics International Pty Ltd, an international freight forwarding company that provides services to the business community on a global basis has an opportunity for an individual to join our team and assist with key operational functions.

Duties

· Co-ordination of outbound perishable cargos

· International & domestic airfreight operations

· End to end export documentation processes

· Manage the relationships with third party providers

· Day to day contact with customer enquiries & bookings

· Continuous improvement along with systems & process optimisation

Skills & Experience

· Experience in a similar role desirable.

· Experience within perishable products desirable.

· Attention to detail being through & meticulous in your work.

· Sound interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to handle problems as they arise.

· Ability to provide excellent customer service.

· Sound working knowledge in the use of personal computers and in utilising Microsoft Office software.

Qualifications Desirable

Current driver's license essential

Current police check essential

Link Logistics International will assist in obtaining the following

· Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or ability to obtain essential

· Transport Security Protection Cert II (Air Cargo) willing to undergo training.

· Dangerous goods acceptance by air freight or willing to undergo training.

· Forklift License

· Airside Driver's License
