About your new role?

The Branch is open between the hours of 7:30-4:30and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and fun team environment.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

Assisting customers at the counter and over the phone

Processing orders and providing basic product information (training provided)

Picking and packing stock for dispatch
-
Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
-
Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting general warehouse operations
-
Following health and safety procedures
What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

Good communication and people skills

A proactive, team-first attitude

Willingness to learn technical product information

A valid driver's licence
-
A forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (we'll cover the cost)
