in both the commercial and residential aluminium window and door sectors.

With a strong focus on developing strategic partnerships within the
small to medium glazing and fabrication market
, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, uncovering new opportunities, and strengthening existing relationships.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage and grow business with residential and commercial aluminium window and door fabricators across NSW
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into sales by offering tailored solutions and adding value
  • Conduct all business interactions professionally, ethically, and with a strong safety mindset
  • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, technical, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay informed on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activity within the glazing and construction space
  • Represent the business as a trusted advisor in the aluminium windows and doors sector

What you'll bring

  • Proven success in sales, preferably within the building, glazing, or aluminium industry
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and think strategically
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-driven, resilient, and results-focused with a proactive mindset
  • Organised and disciplined, capable of managing a large and varied territory
  • Willingness to travel regularly (including overnight stays as required)
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with loyalty to colleagues, customers, and the company
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Good computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
