The Opportunity:

We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will have you supporting marketing operations, events, sales enablement, customer engagement programs, and internal communications across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll play a key part in ensuring campaigns and events run smoothly, systems and processes are maintained, and the marketing team delivers measurable results.

What you will be responsible for:

• Event Management – Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal and external marketing events (physical and digital) on time, within budget, and to brand standards.

• Sales Enablement Support – Manage requests, distribution, and delivery of promotional items and marketing collateral across ANZ.

• Customer Engagement Programs – Support initiatives that enhance client relationships, loyalty, and overall customer experience.

• Intranet Management – Maintain and update marketing content, assets, and communications on the intranet.

• Marketing Automation – Assist with CRM, EDM, and website automation to support business development.

• Vendor & Budget Coordination – Liaise with suppliers for event and campaign needs while managing budget trackers.

• Marketing Calendar & Reporting – Maintain activity calendars and assist in producing regular performance reports.

• Health, Safety & Quality – Contribute to a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and compliance with policies and standards.

• Team & KPI Delivery – Support the marketing team by tracking progress against KPIs and proactively following up on actions.

• Other Duties – Take on reasonable tasks or projects as required to support business priorities.

What we're looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 3+ years' experience in marketing, events coordination, or an administrative role – ideally in a B2B or technology-based environment.

• Proven experience coordinating events, campaigns, or internal communications.

• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, SharePoint, or content management platforms.

• Strong ability to manage vendors and multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Organised & Detail-Oriented – able to manage several tasks and projects with precision.

• Excellent Communicator – strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborative & Service-Focused – builds strong relationships and supports both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Digitally Capable – confident with marketing tools, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office.

• Analytical & Resourceful – problem solver with a data-driven mindset.

• Brand Aware – ensures visual identity and tone of voice are applied consistently.

• Proactive & Accountable – takes ownership and delivers with a can-do attitude.

• Professional & Ethical – models integrity, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
