What you'll be doing?
  • Drive sales growth: Establish contact with existing customers, identify new opportunities through cold calling and referrals, and follow up on potential leads to expand InKorr's service business.
  • Provide technical solutions: Determine customer needs and propose appropriate product and service solutions, showcasing InKorr's extensive portfolio.
  • Manage customer relationships: Implement a structured calling program to proactively manage your customer base, maximizing repeat business and preventing client loss.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth and innovation.
  • Represent InKorr: Attend relevant industry trade promotional events to generate new leads, maintain existing client relationships, and promote the company's product range.
  • Collaborate with leadership: Participate in monthly meetings with the Director/Operations Manager to review sales activities, progress on goals, and customer status.
  • Deliver technical expertise: Service and reassemble various heat exchangers within InKorr's product portfolio, including gasketed plate and frame, brazed plate, welded plate, spiral, shell and tube, graphite, and silicon carbide.
  • Contribute to process improvement: Recognize and propose enhancements to service workflows, machinery, and processes to boost quality, speed, and profitability.
  • Provide on-site support: Travel to client locations to perform on-site services, diagnose equipment issues, and propose value-adding solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports: Write thorough and presentable failure analysis and repair reports to support client communication and internal knowledge sharing.
