Senior Project Manager
to lead technically challenging builds that make a lasting impact on communities and city skylines.

The Opportunity
Your initial focus will be the
newly awarded hospital development project
in South East Queensland. This complex build involves advanced curtain wall systems, custom cladding, and strict performance and compliance requirements. Beyond this flagship project, you'll play a key leadership role across a diverse and growing pipeline of large-scale commercial and public builds nationwide.

Your Impact as Senior Project Manager

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning and procurement to delivery and installation
• Oversee materials, labour, subcontractors, and resources to achieve program milestones
• Build strong partnerships with Tier 1 builders, architects, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety through on-site leadership and inspections
• Provide accurate project reporting, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
• Drive excellence and innovation while representing G.James as an industry leader

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years' project management experience in façade, glazing, or cladding systems
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture
• Proven success leading complex, large-scale projects to time, cost, and quality targets
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (or similar tools)
• Current Construction White Card and valid Driver's Licence
