TDDA Penrith is looking for a professional Office Manager with great customer service skills and available to work flexible hours located in Sydney's south western suburbs.

This role requires you to have flexible availability. TDDA provides a 24/7 service to our clients and the successful applicant will be required to be on-call when rostered to do so.

You will receive full training to perform daily business activities. You will require a full and current clean driver's license and Police Check, as well as the ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Key Skills and Attributes required for this role include:

  • Have a current Driver's Licence and able to drive manual vehicle.
  • Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal skills, plus have strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work autonomously.
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft word, excel, and Outlook 365.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing clerical and routine administrative operations
  • Coordinates appointments and manages staff
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintain standard office procedures
  • Plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization.
  • Handling scheduling and internal communication
  • Perform onsite testing for drugs of abuse from urine or oral fluid specimens.
  • Perform onsite breath testing for alcohol.
  • Maintain chain of custody of samples and detailed records of all visits and samples.
