BGL Electrical is seeking an Experienced Junior Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

BGL Electrical is looking for an exceptional individual who is an experienced, motivated, friendly and enthusiastic professional with a genuine passion for customer service to come together and work well with a dynamic administrative team.

About the role

This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Triaging and dispatching work orders to tradesman to meet KPIs.
  • Liaising with clients, tradespeople, and colleagues.
  • Answering phones and general office duties.
  • On-call Afterhours Phone on rotational roster.
  • Appointment Scheduling.

Skills and experience required include:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, Ability to Multi-Task
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Reliability
  • nb. Previous experience with Department of Housing contracts would be advantaegous but is not essential.
