About the Opportunity

Campbelltown Hospital is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our Discharge Transit Unit (DTU). This fast-paced unit plays a critical role in facilitating safe, efficient, and patient-centred discharges. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll help ensure patients transition smoothly from hospital to home or community care.

What You'll be Doing

The Enrolled Nurse works with the registered nurse or midwife as part of the health care team and demonstrates competence in the provision of safe, compassionate, quality person-centreed care,
