**The Opportunity**

This role will appeal to those who are looking for a company where they will be supported to grow and develop. Its with a global pharmaceutical company who have a long history of great training and development for their people with many of the middle-senior managers having started their career journey as GP Representatives here.

They now have a role covering South-West Sydney from Liverpool/Fairfield out to Campbelltown, Camden with a regional trip to Wagga Wagga/Griffith about once every 6 weeks.

**The main activities in the role include**:

- Completing the initial training program to become highly knowledgeable on the disease state and products you will sell
- Visiting GP Practices and Medical Centres to meet with HCPs regarding your products
- Managing your territory to ensure effective coverage of your main customers
- Working toward achieving sales and activity targets
- Liaising with your territory 'buddy' to plan and execute your territory management plan
- Attending and possibly presenting at company sales meetings
- Enrolling in, and completing industry accreditation through Medicines Australia
- Representing the company in an entirely professional and appropriate manner at all times

**To be considered for this role, you'll need**:

- A Bachelors Degree in a health science related area such as Biomedical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy or similar
- Either a track record as a successful pharmaceutical sales representative OR, relevant attributes such as drive to succeed, willingness to learn, resilience, persistence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Be highly self-motivated to meet or exceed targets
- An ability to work autonomously with only occasional supervision
- A competitive spirit to drive you to always find ways to be better and do better
- And you'll also need an Open Australian Drivers License (not P's)
