We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across Western Australia. You'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery — from planning and procurement through to execution and close-out — ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
This role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, is commercially sharp, and can balance site leadership with client and stakeholder management. You'll work closely with senior leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver multiple concurrent projects across WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary projects across Western Australia
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and reporting against program milestones
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate design, value engineering, and project sequencing
- Engage directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to maintain alignment and compliance
- Drive risk management, WHS performance, and project governance standards
- Provide clear reporting on project performance, forecasting, and financial outcomes
- Lead project teams through mentoring, planning, and disciplined execution
About You
You're a seasoned Project Manager who's proven yourself delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion. You combine technical depth with leadership strength and a strong commercial mindset. You're just as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on site, ensuring strategy and delivery stay tightly aligned.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience in end-to-end Project Management
- Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects through full lifecycle delivery
- Strong understanding of WHS, quality, and risk management systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction, or Engineering (preferred)
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel as required
