Green Light Australia is looking to engage a MAC Engineer to provide implementation knowledge of project deployment within our technical delivery team based in Sydney. The nominated Senior MAC Engineer will as part of a larger team of delivery professionals who will be responsible for liaising and consulting the end customer, as well as being responsible for the implementation build and deployment. The successful MAC Engineer ill have had extensive experience doing large-scale deployments for enterprise end customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Enabling enhanced cloud-based activity, mobility and BYOD via MDM tools
  • Experience deploying and implementing MDM solutions and enhancing the user experience through the delivery of mobile solutions
  • Working across multiple deployments across differing solutions – Windows & MacBook upgrades, , virtual desktop enhancements, security project upgrades etc.
  • drive technology advancement for mobility services to provide continually improving products that help our businesses achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Mac Engineer
  • Highly developed knowledge and experience of macOS
  • Strong MDM tools such as WorkspaceOne that support Macbook environments
  • Strong experience across iOS, iPadOS and Android platforms
  • Basic understanding of technologies as firewalls, proxies, authentication tools, and concepts, and other elements associated with an enterprise macOS implementation
  • Good understanding of Service Management – ITIL, ITSM etc
