Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced
OSS Solution Architect
with a strong telecom background to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end OSS solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver scalable and integrated systems across various OSS domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design OSS architecture solutions across domains such as service fulfillment, assurance, inventory, and provisioning.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs.
- Lead system integration and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and telecom standards (e.g., TM Forum, eTOM, SID).
- Oversee technical design, documentation, and solution delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure OSS platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in OSS/BSS architecture within telecom environments.
- Strong understanding of OSS domains (e.g., fault management, performance management, network inventory, activation).
- Experience with OSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, Nokia).
- Knowledge of service orchestration, API integration, and microservices.
- Familiarity with telecom processes and standards (TM Forum, ITIL, TOGAF preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
