Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide outstanding communication via phone, email and social platforms including Live Chat, Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram
  • Give every customer a wow moment to exceed their expectations
  • Keep your communication on brand with a friendly approach that's caring, fun, and quirky.
  • Communicate with e-commerce team with any ideas or technical issues that you think could be solved
  • Assist with social media community management
  • Manage a diary for our One on One Styling Services team

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritising
  • Have a retail background ideally in women's apparel
  • Have the ability to portray emotion and personality through email and live chat
