Are you a recent graduate with a passion for the outdoors, design, and numbers?

We're looking for a motivated Junior Estimator to join our dynamic team and kick-start their career in the landscape industry.

As part of our estimating team, you will learn how to turn concept plans into reality. Preparing cost estimates, reviewing drawings, and assisting with tenders for exciting commercial landscape projects across Sydney.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with preparing accurate cost estimates and project budgets
  • Read and interpret landscape drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and materials
  • Support the Estimating and Projects Teams with tender submissions and documentation
  • Learn the ropes of estimating software, project forecasting, and industry standards

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate in Construction Management, Landscape Construction, Civil Engineering, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and love for organisation and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced environment
