With a new CEO, Adairs is embarking on a huge transformation to become Australia's Ultimate Home Style Destination.

We are looking for a digitally curious and proactive Omni-Channel Performance Assistant to support the delivery of Adairs' performance marketing strategy across SEO, SEM and affiliate channels. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone ready to dive into the world of digital marketing, develop commercial acumen and gain hands-on experience in performance optimisation, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll work closely with the Omni Performance Manager and agency partners to help deliver campaigns that drive traffic, conversions and revenue, while building foundational knowledge that will set you up for future growth.

How you will spend your day:

  • Assist in the execution of performance campaigns across SEO, SEM and affiliate channels
  • Work closely with agency partners to monitor activity, gather insights and track competitive trends
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly campaign budgets flagging spend variances and supporting the Omni team with spend tracking
  • Assist in identifying optimisation opportunities and make data-informed decisions
  • Stay up to date with evolving trends in digital marketing, contributing fresh ideas and insights

About You:

  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow a career in performance-based channels
  • A growth mindset and an eagerness to learn from peers, managers and agency partners
  • Analytics thinking and an eye for detail, you enjoy working with numbers
  • Commercial curiosity and a desire to understand both digital marketing and broader business objectives
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Excel/Sheets (is preferred)
