Assistant Manager

where you will play a pivotal role assisting to lead the team on the exciting journey ahead. ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Assist driving a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
  • Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance
  • Support with the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sale opportunities are leveraged
  • Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high-performance culture.
  • Work with store leadership to drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Excitement for the new product offering, you'll be selling, it so you need to like it
  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in fast-paced retail environment.
  • An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
  • An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
  • Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
