About the role
Officeworks is looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team based in Chadstone, Victoria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Digital Lead and agency partners to optimise digital media activities, including social media channels, drive brand advocacy, and enhance customer engagement. You'll be instrumental in integrating marketing campaigns across various digital channels to support the broader Officeworks strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Optimisation: Work with the Digital Lead and agencies to optimise paid media activities, aligning with brand and marketing goals.
• Strategy Execution: Support and improve strategies for always-on, supplier-funded, and digital campaigns.
• Social Strategy: Support Social Media strategy and execution.
• Performance Reporting: Assist in monitoring and reporting media channel performance.
• Cross-Channel Coordination: Ensure cohesive and optimised digital activities across all platforms.
• Issue Management: Report and manage resolution of technical issues with the website and digital feeds.
• Financial Support: Assist with monthly finance processing.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities.
• Campaign Performance: Monitor and report on Theme, Content Amplification, and Trade Planning campaigns.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Chadstone Support Office in Victoria.
About you
Bring your energy, can do attitude and creative flair couple with your experience within Digital Media to our team. In addtion, you will bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital media, with a solid understanding of digital marketing and web analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail, are driven by results with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong planning, multitasking, and timeline management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Basic understanding of content management systems and web-based tools.
- Experience in working with agency partners.
- Familiarity with test and learn methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Analytics, Social Media Platforms, Google Merchant Centre and Facebook Business Manager/Ads Manager
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
