About the Role:

Looking to launch your career in a role that truly makes a difference? Join our warm and welcoming team as a Sales and Service Officer Travel — you'll be the first point of contact for our valued members, helping them find the right solutions across our trusted range of Roadside Assistance products and Travel Insurance services.

This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for someone eager to grow. No contact centre experience? No worries If you bring a positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need to thrive. You'll gain confidence, develop in-demand skills, and be part of a team that celebrates wins and supports each other every step of the way.

Hours, Training and Location:

• Interviews: Commencing now
• Start date: 17th November
• Pay: $32.57/hr + super + penalty rates
• Hours: 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, 5 days a week
• Shifts: Between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday
• Training: Two weeks full time
• Location: Onsite at our Eight Mile Plains office
• Work from home: After 3–6 months, based on performance, you may be eligible for a hybrid WFH option

About You:

• Friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoy helping others

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Confident using computers and communicating clearly
• Hold a minimum Year 12 High School Certificate.
