Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a high level of hospitality throughout their visit.

• Assist guests with general inquiries, club promotions, membership, and loyalty/rewards programs.

• Proactively engage with guests on the gaming floor and the rest of the club, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

• Provide information on dining, entertainment, special events, and other club activities and amenities.

• Assist in enrolling patrons in the loyalty/rewards program and explain member benefits.

• Resolve patron concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with all patrons to encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of club events, promotions, and services.

• Assist with promotional activities, special events, and marketing campaigns.

• Assist with Social Media Content Creation and posts

• Assist with Marketing related activities including Loyalty / Reward program updates, communication (Direct, Email and SMS campaigns) as well as updating and maintaining member profiles.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, club policies, and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or gaming industry preferred.

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, or gaming industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to remain calm and handle guest concerns in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales or promotional skills to encourage patron participation in promotions and loyalty programs.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain

• Understanding of gaming machines and loyalty programs (preferred but not essential)
