This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for working with children and as part of an MDT. Ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career or someone in management who would like a change of scenery. This role is home, clinic, and community-based where you will provide the highest-quality Physiotherapy assessment and intervention for children and young people a range of disabilities. The caseload can be tailored to your experience and preferences. **What you'll do** - Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention services in a variety of community settings - Design therapy plans that are holistic, innovative and centred around a person’s aspirations, defining clear outcomes - Demonstrate excellent communication with all stakeholders and the ability to use technology for assessment and reporting - Guide equipment decisions relating to daily activities and assistive technology (where appropriate, or lean on our in-house experts for support with this) - Contribute to shaping and growing the service within a dynamic environment - Provide operational and clinical support to the team, in liason with our Physiotherapy Lead, developing your experience in people management **Requirements**: - Current AHPRA registration - Current NDIS Worker Screening - Current valid drivers licence & reliable vehicle - Ability and willingness to drive as required (all travel reimbursed) - Ability to work independently and work from home - Demonstrated commitment to PD, quality improvement and evidence-based practice - A professional, warm and open mindset **How to apply** To register your interest in this position, please click the "**APPLY**" button and attach a copy of your CV and a detailed cover letter outlining your experience against the above requirements. **_W
