We’re seeking a hard-working, people-person to support the multi-award-winning Sales Agent, Anna Dunne, and her team She operates out of the Place Coorparoo office and brings years of industry experience and passion to Place.
What could a day in the life look like for you?
- Working on key administration duties to support the appraisal, listing, marketing, vendor management and sales activity;
- Preparing and coordinating all marketing campaigns and materials, as well as proofing with the absolute accuracy;
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience;
- Diary management to ensure the team has their days and time with clients optimised;
- Database management;
- General ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Administration experience is advantageous;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- Solutions-focussed with a desire to help others succeed;
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office; and
- Ability to adapt, be flexible and be a team player
