Room Attendants Wanted – Join Our Housekeeping Team at Woodroffe Hotel (Southport)

Woodroffe Hotel is currently seeking
experienced and reliable Room Attendants
 to join our housekeeping team in Southport, QLD.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to a high standard and reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Occasionally, you may also assist guests or answer their questions, so a friendly and helpful attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the supervisor
  • Ensure supplies and amenities are restocked appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Provide basic assistance or directions to guests when needed

Requirements & Skills:

  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or room attendant in a hotel (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude and a team-player mindset
  • Ability to provide good customer service when interacting with guests
