Mariner Shores is a beautiful beachfront holiday resort in Miami, and we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Housekeeping Team. If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming, mopping, and restocking amenities.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to your supervisor.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests.
  • Follow all resort health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with your housekeeping team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced cleaner with at least 12 months' hotel or apartment cleaning experience.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and honest.
  • A keen eye for detail whilst having good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills & take pride in your appearance
  • Flexible in your availability to work on a rotating 7 day roster including weekends & school holiday's
