Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate daily work for 6+ field operators
  • Manage client enquiries and maintain accurate job records
  • Track portable toilet hires, pickups, and service durations
  • Support end-of-month reporting (e.g., job volumes, waste totals)
  • Maintain client database (CRM) and property records
  • Assist with compliance and documentation (e.g., pre-start checklists, service forms)
  • Compile council service reports, including GPS data
  • Provide admin support to finance and HR (e.g., data entry, contract tracking)
  • Prepare and send client documents, including quotes and agreements

About You
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using client databases (CRM), Microsoft Office & digital tools
  • Experience in scheduling or logistics is highly regarded
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
