Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jindalee, QLD, for a Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing digital marketing strategies for organic growth, analyzing performance, and enhancing the company's online presence. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaign performance
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related field is preferred
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area is a plus
