Manage your own criminal law caseload

Contribute to strategic litigation and law reform

Mentor junior staff and be part of a passionate, diverse legal team

What We're Looking For

2–4 years PAE in criminal law

Strong courtroom experience in superior and summary courts

Understanding of the systemic issues impacting Aboriginal people in the justice system

Exceptional communication, cultural competency & resilience

Willingness to travel and work in regional NT

Admission (or eligibility) in the Northern Territory

Why Join NAAJA?

Competitive salary with salary packaging

6 weeks annual leave

Be part of a purpose-driven, social justice organisation

Play a role in real justice reform
