Your opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, source, and recruit mission-aligned talent across Anglicare. You'll design and coordinate effective recruitment campaigns, ensure a seamless candidate journey, and deliver trusted advice to support high-quality hiring outcomes.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment.

  • Promote and embed Anglicare's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all recruitment activity.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using innovative and proactive methods.

  • Build and activate talent pools for current and future workforce needs.

  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.

  • Support compliance requirements, contracts, and recruitment administration.

What you'll bring

You're a strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating meaningful candidate experiences.

You will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.

  • Proven ability to partner with leaders and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Workday) and AI-enabled recruitment tools.

  • Experience and desire to work in not-for-profit, aged care, or community services recruitment.
