Plant & Team Supervisor EOI

Are you ready to be part of something big? At Maas Plant Hire, we have an exciting DIDO project in Central South region of New South Wales and are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Plant & Team Supervisors to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- At all times ensure high level of client satisfaction, by delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Provide a high level of supervision at all times.
- Give clear instructions to plant operators.
- Ensure a high level of productivity onsite.
- Ensure all employees on site are inducted.
- Carry out daily "pre-start meetings".
- Carry out "tool box talks"
- Maintain daily supervisor reports recording including: detailed activities, delays and timesheets.
- Attend weekly Site Supervisor Meetings.
- Ensure proper use of plant, equipment and materials.
- Work with other team members to ensure Safety and Environmental objectives and targets are achieved.
- To liaise and work with the WH&S Team in investigating and reviewing all serious or dangerous occurrences, and to ensure accident reports are properly documented with appropriate corrective action taken where required.
Knowledge & Experience
- 3-5 years Supervisor experience in a similar role.
- Strong supervisory experience across civil construction and earthworks
- Obtain Certificates and Operator Tickets for all operational equipment of the type you supervise, on site.
- Ensure compliance with all Company, Project, Statuary and Regulatory requirements.
- Ongoing Quality Assurance training as required by the Company.
- Valid driver's License.
- Strong ability to work with others: Direct/Indirect reports and Internal/ External stakeholders.
